Using the iiyama Prolite display screen

Hi there,

In this article I will be going through step by step on how to connect to the iiyama Display screen.

First thing first please follow the link below and download the application, to which suits your device. (Windows or MacOS)

Once installed, you need to ensure your device is connected to the N2O or N2O Hot-Desk Wifi, as this is what the screen is compatible with.

Power on the screen and head over to settings, ensure the Wifi is set to N2O, you may have to hit connect again as it does forget the network when powered off.

2. Once the screen is connected to N2O Wifi, it will then show a 6 digit code at the top of the screen, it will not always be the same.

3. Load up the iiyama Share application you had installed, where it will then give you 6 boxes to put the code

4. Once you have input the code, your device will be connected to the screen. IMPORTANT: To take teams calls and use the Camera with the screen, you will need to click Device Sync This will choose the screens camera for Teams calls.

Then you will need to click Screen Share, to show your display on the screen.

5. Your devices screen will now be displaying, as seen below

6. If you hover over the slight panel at the top, a dropdown will appear of multiple options including disconnecting and switching screens.
